These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by C&C Grounds Maintenance. By booking our services, you agree to the following:
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time. Prices may change if the scope of work changes, access is restricted, or the condition of the property differs from what was described.
Scope of Work
Services will be completed as agreed prior to commencement. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges and will be discussed before proceeding.
Property Access & Safety
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the property at the scheduled service time.
Please ensure pets are secured and hazards (such as toys, tools, or debris) are removed where possible.
Weather Conditions
Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. We will contact you to arrange an alternative time if this occurs.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Property Damage
While every care is taken, C&C Grounds Maintenance is not responsible for damage caused by:

Hidden objects in grass or garden beds

Pre-existing damage to property, irrigation, or structures
Please notify us of any concerns as soon as possible.
Green Waste
Green waste removal is included only where specified. Otherwise, waste will be left neatly on-site or removed at an additional cost.
Changes to Terms
C&C Grounds Maintenance reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
